Drop your private QR code into any of our free Canva templates, print it as a welcome sign, table card, ceremony program insert, or photo-booth backdrop. Bigger and more visible always wins — most hosts put it in 3–5 spots across the venue.
Guests open their phone camera, point it at the QR code, and a private upload page opens in the browser. They pick photos, videos, or even leave a voice note — and everything lands in your shared album live, in original quality. No app to download, no account to create.
After the event, sign in to your Eventoly dashboard and download every guest photo and video as a single zip, in full original quality. Ready for print, ready for your photographer, ready to keep forever.

No app to download. Just open the camera app on iPhone or Android, point it at the printed QR code, and tap the notification that appears.
The upload page opens in your normal browser. Choose photos and videos from your camera roll — no limit on file size or count. You can also leave a voice note or a written message to the couple or host.
