Setup checklist
- A screen or projector with a browser (laptop + HDMI works).
- Reliable internet at the venue — test it at the walkthrough.
- Your QR code displayed near the screen so guests know how to join in.
- Decide on approval: on for formal events, off for maximum buzz.
- Ask your DJ or AV team to keep the laptop awake (disable sleep).
