I can't see the photos other guests uploaded

This could be because: 1) The event host has disabled guest viewing. 2) Your browser needs to be refreshed - try reloading the page. 3) There may be a temporary connection issue - check your internet. If the host wants to enable guest viewing, they can do so in the event settings.

I forgot my login details

No worries — we don't use passwords. Simply sign in with Google or request a magic link using the same email you used to create or purchase your event, or the email the event was gifted to. When contacting support, please also provide your event name and event date so we can help you faster.

Privacy & Security

Who can see my photos?

Only people with access to your unique event QR code or link can view your photos. You control whether guests can view each other's uploads through your event settings. No one outside your invited guests can access your event.

What happens to my photos after the storage period ends?

After 12 months, your photos will be permanently deleted from our servers. We strongly recommend downloading your complete album before this period ends. You'll receive reminder emails as the expiration date approaches.

Can I delete my event and all data?

Yes, as the event host, you can delete your event and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All photos, videos, and event data will be immediately removed from our servers.

Do you sell or share my data?

Never. We do not sell, share, or use your photos and videos for any purpose. Your memories are yours alone. We take privacy seriously.
